The Paranormal Discovery team carried out several ESP tests as a follow up to tests done last year. Has there been any improvement since last year? Results will be available soon on our clairvoyance, telepathy and remote viewing tests.
Glass divination was also used in a unique experiment to gain information which none of the attending investigators could have known themselves.
We devised a unique experiment using Glass Divination with Zener Cards.
We have 25 cards consisting of :
5 x Blue
5 x Yellow
5 x Purple
5 x Orange
5 x Green
These also consist of each colour having 5 different sybomls on ( Star , Square , Cross , Circle , Wiggly Lines ).
On our 1st attempt at this experiment we separated the cards into their 5 basic colours (leaving 5 piles with 5 different symbols on them)
To avoid any possible influence toward the glass the cards were shuffled randomly and placed at random in a circle on the table around the glass. Since I (Michael) dealt with the cards I left the rest of the group to do the glass divination. I did not look at any of the cards to exclude the possibility of telepathy playing a part. We were quite sceptical at first but we asked for the glass to approach the card with a circle on it! As the glass moved to the card we placed it aside and repeated this with the remaining 4 decks. At the end, much to our scpeticism we found that the cards chosen were infact 4 Circles and 1 Square. (Was this done by a spirit?? Was it the collective ESP of the group?? Or was it merely LUCK??)
So, after this result we decided to try it again, (Believing that was most likey luck!!) However, after the 2nd attempt, to our shock again we found the answers came to 3 Circles and 2 Squares! Now the odds on the 1st experiment are 625 to 1. And the 2nd experiment 125 to 1. Shocked by these results we spent the rest of the evening attempting to reproduce the results of the 1st experiment or even better it, but the results never seemed to improve... in fact they got worse as the evening went on! Does this result show that the more we pushed for spiritual activity the less and less energy they had to manipulate us? Or, in fact, is it our collective ESP that by the end of the night was starting to wear down as our energy levels decreased? Or as some might say ..... was it just dumb luck!
After trying this experiment on another night we found the same .... the results at the beginning of the night were actually very strong! But, as the evening passed results appeared to decline!
SO, believing that this might be affected by ESP, we ran some ESP tests on Clairvoyance. 25 cards with 5 different colours and 5 different symbols. To give us an average we ran the test 3 times on each person. (Note:- The dealer and the person who checked the cards were not aware of the next card until the testee had given their answer.) However, whislt doing these clairvoyance tests we found that ALL 5 Group members actually INCREASED their results from the 1st test till the 3rd. So, does this eliminate our ESP as the longer we do these tests the better the results we get? ( RESULTS FOR OUR ESP CLAIRVOYANCE TEST WILL BE POSTED SOON!)
That leaves us with 2 possibilities .. ... Spiritual manipulation ... or Luck!
Well considering the ODDS ... the results should be LOW and RANDOM. However, we noticed a constant DECLINE in the results as the evening went on! So the only other aspect could be Spiritual but that means that our early results when doing glass divination are more likely to be VERY close to the right answer but as the night progresses the answers become flawed as the energy declines!
